This large 1-bedroom home offers upscale living in a quiet concrete and steel building. Engineered wood flooring unites this open concept. The urban kitchen offers granite countertops with an under-mount sink and has a new fridge with water and ice dispenser. There is a 2-piece powder room for guests and a luxurious ensuite, but before we go there, it’s worth noting the primary bedroom showcases a king size bed. Back to the ensuite, it’s enormous. You have the luxury of space (unlike those tiny bathrooms where you can only pivot) you can walk in, stretch out your arms, yawn loudly and start the day. There is both a walk in shower and soaker tub, plus dual sinks. A walk-in closet is located in the bathroom so the sleeping area is separate from the "get ready" area….just in case a sleepy head is still in bed, they won’t be disturbed while the early bird gets ready to go get the worm…this set up is truly a relationship saver. The balcony is covered and oversized and has a natural gas connection and one of my favourite features is the parking stall that is powered for an electric car.
